Work in a new IT development center, located in a luxurious office in the center of Prague.As a Technical Support Specialist you will assist and support customers with regard to any technical inquiries. Your activities are enriched by a variety of tasks gear towards different internal customers and units. As an integral part of daily operations, you will work closely together with our multinational teams located in Chicago and Frankfurt. This is a junior position, the ideal candidate will have 0 to 2 years working experience, and the desire to grow in a global, prestigious company.
Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Information Technology, natural sciences, engineering or alternatively equivalent professional qualification / experience
- Experience with programming languages (C/C++, JAVA, PERL)
- Expertise with either Windows Server or Unix/Linux
- Experience in Networking and wide area connectivity
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Analytical ability, eager to learn & teach
- Experience with the FIX and/or FAST Protocol(s) would be an asset
- Proven ability to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise with MS Office applications
