Senior Technical Specialist HP-UX
Job Description
Leading IT services provider is offering great opportunity to join its team of highly qualified IT professionals, based in Prague, in a position of Senior Technical Specialist (HPOS & Veritas).RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide low-level design for HPOS (Dazel) and VERITAS Storage Foundation products for Unix platforms
- Develop, test, implement and maintain/drives forward standards for platform build and management
- Define and maintain operation procedures for the platform, contribute to capacity planning and HW setup standards, including providing 3rd level infrastructure support
Requirements
- 3+ years relevant IT experience
- Deep knowledge of HPOS as well as operating systems in the background (HP-UX and/or RHEL and/or AIX on a senior administration level)
- Knowledge of VERITAS Storage Foundation would be advantage
- OS level scripting
- Fluent English
