Currently there are a number of open positions in the Prague based Software Development Operation, including the position of Senior Java Developer with strong Spring and Hibernate knowledge.
As a senior software developer you will play a key role in the software development process. You will participate in the whole project lifecycle from specification, technical design and implementation to going live and maintenance.
Main duties:
- You will join a team of software engineers and work on core applications.
- You will take part in all phases of the development projects
- Design corresponding functional and technical solutions.
- Implement software components (development and unit tests).
- Support testers during acceptance tests.
- Support applications in production
Requirements
- University degree in computer science, mathematics, IT
- Very good analytical skills
- Practical experience in development of standard(J2SE) & enterprise Java applications(J2EE) 5+ years.
- Very strong core Java programming skills
- Frameworks Hibernate/Spring
- Test Frameworks JUnit or others
- Application Servers BEA Weblogic, IBM Websphere or others
- Experience with relational databases, especially Oracle
- Good knowledge of the Operating System UNIX
- Fluent in English - both oral and written
