Zeebra Resource Solutions (www.zeebra.cz) is a specialist IT Recruitment Company based in Prague, Czech Republic with a growing client base in Germany. After 8 years on the market Zeebra have developed a strong and reputable brand, particularly in IT & Telecoms industry.
Zeebra is now in the fortunate position of being the preferred supplier to both large prestigious international firms and small to midsized local companies. Their client portfolio includes IT Services, Software Development, Financial Services and Telecoms firms.
To support it's continued development in the Czech Republic and in Germany, Zeebra is now looking to grow its team of professional consultants.
Currently we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant for IT/Telco sector. This person will work on German and Czech client projects from the Prague office, responsible for:
- Relationship management – You will be given accounts (no need for business development).
- Candidate Search – hands on resourcing through Headhunting, PR and Networking
- Market Growth - partner with Zeebra's management in researching and coordinating advertising strategies and growth plans for Germany, with a view to expanding Zeebra's presence on the Germany recruitment market.
Requirements
Essential:
- 2+ Years Commercial Experience in either recruitment or in IT (as a technical specialist – developer, consultant, administrator etc).
- Excellent English
- Self motivated, strong work ethic and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Confident Communicator. Comfortable on the phone and in personal meetings and presentations.
Preferred:
- German language a strong advantage
- Czech Language
- Focussed head hunting experience
- Good grasp of social networking sites (linkedin, facebook, twitter etc)
