Junior QA Engineer

Job Description

Due to major acquisitions in the first quarter of 2011 our client now has 120 offices in 36 different countries, with one of the fastest growing development operations being based in here in Prague Czech Republic.

You will play an integral part in the company’s Supply Chain Development Team, focusing on projects across a broad industry spectrum. The various projects you will work on require you to develop both server side and web front-end applications.

Company is currently seeking for candidate with wide interest and overview in IT with 1+ year experience.  Basic programming skills are required. (not HTML/CSS) 

Requirements

Job description:

• Perform manual and automated tests
• Reporting bugs
• Bug fixes verification
• Participation in test cases/scenario/scripts creation for both manual and automated testing
• Maintain test cases/scenarios/scripts
• Maintain test environments

Must have:

• Secondary or higher degree
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Interest in new technologies
• Global IT overview
• Basic programing skills (e.g. in JavaScript, Java, C#)

Would be advantage:

• Experience with software testing
• Knowledge of SQA processes and methodologies
• Experience with SQA tools (JIRA, Selenium, BugZilla, TestComplete etc.)
