SUMMARY: Establish a professional working relationship with
requestors and vendors in processing staffing requests, handling the assignments
of contractors and the payment of invoices in a timely manner.

Creating POR´s and PO´s Managing invoicing
RESPONSIBLE
FOR:
Supporting the global Operations Services team, Staffing Managers, Vendor
Management and Requestors
Delivery of external staff
Planview reservations of contractors
Onboarding of contractors
Double Approval of Planview timesheets
Communication with vendors on operational issues
Collaboration with Controlling on contract cost management and cost relief
End to End processing of all contractors transactions in own area
Requirements
2 years experience in Vendor Management or Accounting or similar role
Strong communication skills with written and spoken fluency in English
Financial acumen
Negotiation skills for management of external vendors/contractors
Planning & Organization skills.
Process skills; an understanding of process costs, ability to work with
customers, internal organization and
Supplier to ensure effective delivery
Working to defined service levels
