Filenet P8 Support Technical Lead

Our client is urgently looking to hire a Filenet P8 Support Technical Lead with strong knowledge in Weblogic and general application/user support experience.

In this role you will be responsible for support and maintenance of a newly implemented DMS solution based on IBM Filenet P8 and Weblogic systems.

You will serve as a major and first point of contact for all Filenet and Weblogic related issues and queries and perform the necessary steps to resolve incidents with minimal disruption to the business. You will also be expected to prevent and resolve potential problems as well as plan and execute new deployments to ensure agreed levels of service. You will be closely working and collaborating with other teams on planning and implementing upgrades, fixes, changes and releases.


Requirements

  • University degree in IT or similar
  • Previous experience in application and/or user support
  • Certified Filenet P8(Content Manager, BPM, Workflow) administrator with at least 5 years hands on experience in a similar role
  • In depth, admin level knowledge of BEA Weblogic application server
  • Very good communication skills in English
  • Previous experience working with Windows, Redhat and Oracle/PL/SQL - knowledge must be on decent level
