IT Projects Technical Leader

Job Description

Our client is the member of private Swiss group which was founded in 1992 and has offices in Zurich, Prague and Brno. The idea of establishing the company was to provide services leading to optimization of key processes in the companies of customers. Company offers its employees working on large-scale long term international projects mainly for Western Europe customers. This company belongs among the best providers of complex .NET, BI, Java and iSeries solutions in Europe.

In this position you will use the mixture of:
  • Technical skills
  • Knowledge of the business processes specific for ERP systems
  • Knowledge of IT service processes, terminology of the customer
  • Communication skills to support services oriented to providing 2nd and 3rd level support for standard ERP system serving large, international customer base.

Your workload should be mainly oriented to:
  • Participating on preparation of new tasks, projects and company new areas of service for company existing customers
  • Analyzing customer requirements, proposing suitable IT solutions
  • Preparing and communicating customer requirement summaries
  • Preparing project proposals and offerings
  • Participating on pilot projects as analytic and technical resource
  • Preparing project, test and handover documentation
  • Leading small realization teams

Requirements

  • Language knowledge: fluent English and Czech or Slovak
  • Knowledge of Windows platform administration
  • Understanding IT concepts in areas of networking and IT systems architectures
  • 5+ years deep experiences in requirements collection and project quotation processes
  • 5+ years experiences in running long term support/maintenance projects for international customers
  • Programming know-how, analyst skills
  • Abilities to lead small realization teams
  • Flexibility
  • Ability to travel to customer
