Job Description
Our client is the member of private Swiss group which was founded in 1992 and has offices in Zurich, Prague and Brno. The idea of establishing the company was to provide services leading to optimization of key processes in the companies of customers. Company offers its employees working on large-scale long term international projects mainly for Western Europe customers.This company belongs among the best providers of complex .NET, BI, Java and iSeries solutions in Europe. The content of the work shall include area of planning of human resources, staff recruitment and selection of new employees. Further it shall concern processes connected with company organisation, job descriptions and development of the employees. An integral part of the human resource activities shall be building of standards for evaluation and remuneration of employees, as well as relations between the employees and our company. Also undertake salary surveys in IT area, collates employees performance data, review salary changes. The other areas of interest are care and support of the employees and running HR events, activities.
Requirements
Responsibilities- Responsibility for human resource management in the whole company
- Responsibility for IT recruitment (active search, establish new ways of search, advertising, build company’s database, contact with agencies, organizing and realization of interviews etc.)
- Standardisation and running of company HR activities (recruitment, evaluation and development of employees, benefit strategies, job descriptions, job models, IT salaries etc.)
- Manage HR related administration, reporting
- Overall and up-to-date overview of labor law, related matters
- Organizing company events for employees, running of language courses
- Cooperation with administration and controlling manager
- creative personality with excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of IT field
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- good presentation skills
- ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
