Customer Service Specialist (with German)

Work in a new IT development centre, located in a luxurious office in the centre of Prague.As a Customer Service Specialist you will be contact person for customers, responsible for management and tracking of their requests. You will contribute also in the area of reporting, planning and quality management. This is a junior position, the ideal candidate will have 0 to 2 years working experience, and the desire to grow in a global, prestigious company.
Requirements
- University degree in Information Technology or comparable experience in IT business
- Basic knowledge of UNIX, Linux and Windows
- Solid experience in working with MS Office and other standard applications
- Excellent knowledge of German language
- Good knowledge of English language in both verbal and written form
- Distinct communication skills and willingness to work in teams
- Willingness to work in Germany for the initial period (3-6 months)
- Willingness to work in shifts (07:00 - 22:00)
