Requirements

  • Proficient knowledge of server infrastructure (NT4/Win2000/Win2003)
  • Proficient administration skills in NT4/Win2000,Win2003, Active Directory domains
  • Proficient in Networking technology (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Proficient in building, configuring and administering a regional antivirus solution (Symantec 8.0)
  • Proficient in Citrix client and server setup and support (Citrix Metaphrame XPe)
  • Proficient with server data backup technology (Veritas NetBackup)
  • Proficient with HP Openview
  • Proficient with Desktop management server tools (Alteris)
  • Proficient knowledge of Operations Center processes and working practices, in particular DC Operations, Help Desk, and Change Mgmt.
  • Aware of Programming/Scripting Languages (VB script)
  • Aware of Corporate, Industry and Professional Standards (ITIL)
  • Minimum 4 years IT experience
  • Minimum 2 years in similar role
